Dr Nazir Ibrahim was appointed Consultant Radiation Oncologist in 2016, and works in University Hospital Galway, Sligo University Hospital and Galway Clinic.
Dr Nazir Ibrahim has special interest in Gynaecological, Genito-urinary, lung and skin cancers. He is the only Gynae Radiation Oncologist in the West of Ireland, and has many years experienced in treating Gynaecological malignancy including HDR brachytherapy. He is also experienced in LDR (seeds) and HDR prostate brachytherapy, also skin brachytherapy.
