Dr Victory completed his medical degree in Trinity College Dublin in 1983 and the Eastern Regional Anaesthesia program in 1988, he then went to University of Texas for a Pain Medicine Fellowship and worked as an Assistant Professor in Pain Medicine until 1997 when he returned to Ireland to take up a Consultancy between St. Luke's Hospital and St. Vincent's Hospital in Dublin.
Dr Victory received his medical training in Trinity College Dublin MB BCH BAO. He completed the Anaesthesia Training 1988 FFARCSI. American Anaesthesia Boards 1994, Boards in Pain Management 1996, Fellowship Faculty Pain Medicine, College of IAnaesthetists 2008, FFPMCAI.
