Dr. Walsh is a Consultant in Geriatric and General Internal Medicine in Blackrock Health Galway Clinic.
Dr. Walsh is a graduate of NUI, Cork. Following the completion of specialty training in Geriatric and General Internal Medicine both in Ireland and King’s College Hospital, London Prior to returning to Galway University Hospitals, he was appointed Consultant Geriatrician and Stroke Physician at Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham.
He undertook a Fellowship in Stroke Medicine at the Western General Hospital Edinburgh and the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh.
