Regina is a dedicated and conscientious musculoskeletal physiotherapist and has had a special interest in pelvic health since her student days.  Pelvic health is important for both men and women of all ages and stages of life.   Regina graduated from the University of Brighton in 2004 with BSc Hons in Physiotherapy.  Over the past twenty years, she has worked in both the public and private sector mainly in the UK but also here in Ireland.  Through her post graduate training Regina has become competent in assessing and treating, a wide variety of pelvic health issues to include bladder and bowel control problems, over active pelvic floor disorders, pelvic pain, pelvic organ prolapse, pregnancy related pelvic disorders, pelvic girdle pain, ante natal/post-natal pain, caesarean section and perineal scar pain, painful sex, pre/post prostatectomy.  Regina is currently undertaking a Diploma in Psychosexual Medicine.  Regina is passionate about making pelvic health accessible, and educating her colleagues.  There is more to pelvic health than just pelvic floor exercises!  Regina has been involved in teaching student midwives at Christchurch University, Kent, England and physiotherapy students from the University of Brighton and King’s College London.    Regina is from Ireland and has spent the last 20 years living in the UK and recently moved back with her husband and four children. Regina loves yoga, the great outdoors and spending time with her family and friends.
