Ms. Niamh Forster

Niamh holds a bachelor of science in Human Nutrition and an MSc in clinical nutrition and dietetics, both from University College Dublin. She has gained extensive experience from her work in both inpatient and outpatient clinical settings. Her professional interests are diverse, encompassing areas such as weight management, bariatric surgery as well as the management of frailty and malnutrition. Further enhancing her expertise, Niamh has obtained a certificate in behaviour change training and has upskilled in nutrition for PCOS. In addition to her academic and professional qualities, Niamh is a member of the Irish Nutrition and Dietetic Institute (INDI). She is also a CORU registered dietician, affirming her commitment to maintaining the highest standard of practice in her field.
